At Ovaro Art store, we take great care in packaging and shipping our ceramic products. Because each item is handmade and fragile, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@adwincanada.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Ceramic products are fragile despite our careful packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Upon review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
